Segra’s new headquarters was being designed and management wanted the company culture and brand reflected in the new workplace.
Act 1 Partners facilitated a series of workshops with management, frontline employees, the architecture firm and interior designers. The workshops revealed that culture, technology and a focus on the customer experience needed to be prioritized. Act 1 Partners then worked with the project teams to integrate these concepts into the design and architecture of the workplace.
The new space captures the concepts in a modern design and it has become an enjoyable place for employees to train, work and meet. Customers can learn about the company and its services in an on-site experience that showcases how Segra values its employees and puts the customer first.
